    • What: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) successfully test-fired the indigenously developed air-to-surface anti-radiation missile RudraM-II from a Sukhoi Su-30 MKI fighter jet off the coast of Odisha.

      • RudraM-II is a solid-propelled, air-launched missile designed for suppression of enemy air defences (SEAD).
      • It can detect, track, and destroy enemy radar, communication transmitters, and radiofrequency sources from long stand-off ranges.
      • The test met all mission objectives, validating the propulsion system, control and guidance algorithms, and the integration with the Su-30 MKI platform.
